my client business engaged in trading of panmasala and tobbaco product. can I opt for composition scheme?

Hi sir too mind u can eligible for composition scheme otherwise if u are manufacture of pan masala, tobacco, ice cream not eligible
there are no such restrictions on traders

Yes, you can.

There is only restriction on manufacturer of panmasala and tobacco products not on traders.
