a person was not eligible for composition scheme but got registration under it .
is in composition for 6m and the opts out for regular scheme.
can anyone help with any case law of similar case?

nOT ONLY HE SHALL BE LIABBLE TO PENALTY OTHER THAN TAXES PROVISIONS OF SECTION 73 AND 74 SHALL ALSO BE APPLICABLE HE SHOULD WAIT FOR THE NOTICE FROM DEPARTMENT
