15.09.2018 available? 2nd query is for Sept 18 both GSTR3B and GSTR 4 both is to be filed, will portal allowed the same. What will be the last date for filing of stock statement.

You can take input in ITC-01 and within 30 days of opting regular you need to file ITC-01.
