Sir I opted in 1st August for composition scheme that time composition scheme approved in my portal, but at present in my portal showing regular scheme, now what I will do, gstr1 date also expired.

if u have any screenshot of approval of composition scheme. make a call or mailed to GST Council
regarding this.

at present GSTR 1 date has been expired but it will be again open to file.

on 30th September it was the last date to opt for fy 2017-18. Is it again started for current year again?

Yes its started again......

Now you can opt this from the month succedding month in which you apply for it....
