in this scheme conditions is person not engage in sale of goods which is not loveable under this act
what minig of this is tax free goods will not sale by shoppers

Conditions and Restrictions for Composition Levy

 

  1. The goods held by him in stock on the appointed date must not be purchased from a place outside his state. The goods should therefore not be classified as:
  • Inter- state purchase
  • Imported Goods
  • Branch situated outside the State
  • Agents or Principal situated outside the State

2. Where the taxpayers deals with unregistered person, tax must be paid or no stock must be held as tax free.

No it means the goods should not be leviable to tax under this act for eg a restaurant serving liquor along th food cant go for composition scheme as liqour is out of gst perview
