COMPOSITION SCHEME
Is composition scheme is only for dealers of goods and not for service providers?

Composition scheme is not available to supplier of services. Even if a person deals in both services and goods. He has to pay gst at normal rates unlike in the present regime where one can opt for composition if his turnover is less than the prescribes limit whether or not he provides services.
Composition scheme is not for service providers except for composite supply by way food or other article for human consumption ....(means restaurants)
