If composition return filing is not yet start, so how can we deposit the Tax

Please see the "SCROLL BAR IN GST PORTAL"
"Taxpayers who have opted for composition from beginning will be able to file GSTR-4 on the portal. Those who have opted in for composition later and have to file GSTR-1,2,3 for part period may wait till we enable the facility on the portal by next week..."
i had opted for composition on august 16th....so should i wait or i should file through gstr4???

As per above message no way for filing. SO, Wait...
Otherwise you can try to file if available in your return dashboard...
