After login to Gst portal Dashboard>returns> I have selected return filing period jul-sep and click on search button but after that no new page open or nothing happens. Can anyone help me ?

What is last date of payment of tax ?
As per my understanding Payment date is 18th October is last date...
GSTR 4 return extended to 15th November...
GSTR 4 return extended to 15th November...
If payment date is 18th Oct and form GSTR 4 is not available at dashboard then how can someone offset the tax liability ? please explain procedure.
