a person engaged in retail selling of shoes in UP can he make supply of shoes from Delhi under composition scheme and what
b tax rate 1% or 0.5%??

yes u can make inter state purchase and for retailer the GST rate is 1% on TO cgst .5% and sgst .5% and u have to pay it from your pocket

no person is not eligible for getting benefits under composition scheme when he or she is engaged in inter state outward supplies

Yes. You are registered under composition scheme. You can purchase from Delhi....
And you can't purchase from Delhi for a Composition dealer.... Bcoz, Composition dealer can't make inter State Sales....

As per section 10(2)(c) A composition dealer should not indulge in interstate OUTWARD SUPPLIES.

(it's only intra state supply)
Register regular dealer purchase from a composition dealer then he can't pay tax under RCM. It ll be treat as Nil rated/Exempt supply.....
