if a dealer having stock purchased from other States as on 30th june 2017 .
he can opt Composition or not?
if he sold all stock before 30th june 2017 then what are the options available registration?

as per composition rule 3(1)(b) you are not eligible. If you sold all stock before 30th june 2017 you will be eligible
