if you don't have any idea then it is better to consult an expert as the late fees is continuously increasing
it's better to cancel your registration
For composition gst returns, you have to file GSTR 4.
Just download the offline utility from gst site.
Fill outwards supplies and upload to the gst portal. Make payments through challans and file your returns.

Yes but does it autopopulate late fees??
Yes, late fee and interest is auto populated while submitting returns.
Oh, and what about Purchases?? And how to calculate Tax Payable?
GST is to be paid on total sales turnover including exempted sales(till 31dec 17) at 1% for normal case, 5% for restaurant.
