can a composition dealer liable for pay the tax on sale of exempted goods and services and under RCM if he availed GTA services. is it shown in GSTR 4.

can a composition dealer liable for pay the tax on sale of exempted goods -
- NO NEED TO PAY TAX ON EXEMPTED GOODS
and services
- NO... COMPOSITION DEALER CAN'T MAKE SERVICES
and under RCM if he availed GTA services
- YES... RCM APPLICABLE FOR GTA SERVICES
- NO NEED TO PAY TAX ON EXEMPTED GOODS

- YES... RCM APPLICABLE FOR GTA SERVICES
In Addition to Raja Ji Reply , Yes you have do RCM on GTA Services but can't claim ITC for the same & it should be shown in GSTR 4 also.
