If you are a Traders, than you can render service up to
10% of turnover in state in Pre FY and 5lakh whichever is higher.

if it's exceed that limit that u r considered as service provider and 6% is applicable on you.

If I am selling Goods through Amazon Flipkart than can I opt for composition ?

No, person supplying goods through Ecommerce platform, who deduct TCS are not eligible to opt for composition.
if you are supplying goods through your own website that u can opt.
