Composite dealer debit note

Hello experts

A composite dealer purchase interstate and he cannot claim itc. after 3 months he want to return the whole goods. how can he raise the debit note for fully amount or exclude the IGST amount. I think he will pay the igst amount to the supplier. Is it correct.??

1. s/he have no right to claim itc
2. raise debit note for full amount including igst. In short reverse the invoice against party with full amount
why do you raise dn for sales return. Take cn from seller
Ask your supplier to issue CNT
Tell the seller to issue credit note for the return of goods.
can supplier issue taxable credit not?
Yes supplier should issue credit note to buyer.
