I have obtain composition scheme before due date 30 August 2017..
I got the ARN of opt composition..
but now those file are shows as regular dealer...
GSTN site is crazy or I
???

if it is continue..then who have to pay the late fee of
July and August gstr
party / accountant/ consultant/ goverment

Exactly! Moreover there are no forms available for composition dealers as of now.
Its very difficult to comply when the govt itself is learning and expects us to file timely returns.

first due date for opt composition was 15 th August
extend 30th August
there after 30th sep

you can track your application in GST portal whether accepted or still under processing

application receiver ARN generated..
here is none any conformation that my otp of compositions accepted or not...

through OTP only ARN will be generated do you have any input ITC

in my view and as per @ askGST_GoI...

You are applicable composition scheme from October only. So, you ll be follow regular scheme to September 17...

I have not claim any itc on my previous stock...
I have opt for composition from beginning (upto 15th august)they why I go through as regular dealer up to sep 17

How is a composition dealer suppose to file his returns being migrated into Regular Dealer and then Composition?

The ARN shows that Opt In date was 1st October.

How should file the returns, as it doesn't show me any option for quarterly filing.

Please help.
