I ll switch to composite to regular, but amend option is not working at gat portal?

Kindly help me when ll I do the amend the same .

Yes. You are exactly correct...
The Amendment section ll be open after September. It's only my thought. Bcoz, Most of we ll finish the starting troubles in GST Portal. After the days it's going to smooth....

I think you can file your 1st return then only you opt to composition scheme....
