Compliance cetificate

If the pvt company having paid up capital 10 crore last 2 years & donot appiont whole time company secretary.

For this it is mandatory to Filed the Form-66 ( compliance certificate) or not?

You cant fill the gap by compliance certificate. Appointing a CS is mandatory requirement in the company.

I dont think compliance certificate can do the needful.
