Compliance Certificate of listed company

Companies require to obtain Compliace certificate on annual basis, it is different from secretarial audit which is still not mandatory, however companies having prescribed capital from time to time is require to file compliace certificate within 30 days from AGM.

As such you can take the compliave certifcate on the date close to the date of accounts approval Board Meeting.

As said above Secretarial Audit is not mandatory till now.

Compliance certificate shold have to be obtained before sending notice to shareholders..

i.e. before the date of notice of AGM...

dear all,

if the company is a listed company then it has to appint a whole time cs then there is no need of obtaining compliance certificate from a cs.
