comapinies having paid-upcapital between Rs. 10 lacs to Rs. 5 Crores are compulsorily required to obtain compliance certificate from a practising CS.

agreed but with a rider. If a company in that paid up capital bracket has an employee CS then CC from PCS is not mandatory
