Complaint against GST Assistant Commisioner
What is the remedy in case the assistant commissioner of GST erroneously rejected the application for registration twice on the ground that the e-mail id is to be compolsutily given of the proprietor. Is it valid?

But e-mail id should be given at the time of registration
Yes it is been given but not of client due to their incapability of telling the opt, only mobile number of client is given but AC rejected the application. Where we can complaint against such officers as he had motive of earning bribe by rejection the application
