Dear all, we are a public limited company, our company name changed, the same approved by MCA( incorporation Certificate), but PAN Name change under process, right now can we do billing on old Company name, because after getting PAN only we Can Amend in GST. If yes means provide suitable Act or Rules
As per my opinion you should issue bills with new name and whenever PAN get amended you should file the application for amendment in GST RC and mention the actual date of amendment as given in MCA. So in future there will ne no dispute regarding Name because you have mentioned the correct date of change in amendment application.
