But Sir how to apply for availing this scheme..

Sir,

I would like to know the procedure to apply for the scheme. There is no procedure prescribed by the MCA.

Hi, you dont have to apply for it.....when you will file the forms, in the challan the said fee structure will be directly applied.....just go ahead with filing of the forms.....

Thank you Agarwal sir for the information.....

I am not able to trace this information on MCA website. Whether we should believe it?

Available on the MCA website under Circulars section...........

For availing the benefit of this scheme you first have to file form CLSS-2014 which is application for issue of immunity certificate under this scheme.

The defaulting company shall pay statutory filing fee as per Companies (Registration Offices and Fee ) Rules, 2014 along with additional fee of 25% of the actual additional fee.

Pl refer MCA circular on the subject:

Hi All,

Do we need to first need to apply for immunity and than we get 75% waiver on additional fees ?

Or This is flat exmpetion available without any procedure direct additional payment of 25% ?

Please clarify !

Thanks

Dear All,

Many companies do not have updated their directors din numbers in the MCA (earstwhile DIN3 which is no more at present), in this scenario how this is useful to those defunct companies?

Ramesh

Please guide whether we need to apply by filling CLSS form first or direct annual filing then file CLSS application.

thanks in advance
