I have completed my cs and undergoing training in a listed
co. I wanted to know which is the best book for
Company Law apart from Ramaiya etc.... which does not
run in volumes. Plz suggest as i want to buy it.

munish bhandari is d best book for law.........
yes munish bhandari is a nice one....
Avoid Munish Bhandari for professional working...It is simply for students.
Go for M.C. Bhandari for drafting etc.
Another good book for professional reference is D.K. Jain from Bharat Publication.
