DOES THE COMPANY LAW BOARD EXISTS CURRENTLY OR THE POWERS CONFERRED TO CLB ARE TFD TO ROC.PLZ HELP IM CONFUSED.

The power of CLB U/s 17, 144 & 188 of Companies Act, 1956 delegate to RD w.e.f 12.08.2012.

So can i say that only under the above section the power has been conferred to roc res all remaining same.
