1. Whether there is any restirction in number of clasues in MAIN OBJECTS, ANCILLARY OBJECTS AND OTHER OBJECTS??
2. Whether the witness in MOA & AOA are to be signed by only Certified Professional? and whthether the Professional has to give his ID proof??
3.For FORM 18 what kind of proof of address can be asked by MCA/
4 whether all MCA are functioning same way for verifiying the forms etc or it is different from each MCA

Dear Sir,
1) The comnpany can have only one main object which cn be bifurcated into two to three objects but the basic activity should be same. In mumbai ROC they had a put a limit of only 10 ancillary objects other objects in MOA. Not aware of other ROC.
2) Its not necessary that the witess has to be professional and thr s no need to provide ID card.
3) For eform 18 address proof shud be a sort of electricity, telephone bill, bank statement which signifies there current ownership of the premises. Hv faced a case where Driving license was not accepted as address proof as it did not signifies there current ownership.
4)The basic procedure is same for all the ROC but the view can be different from one officer to another.
