Iam doing company incorporation for the First time. Should we stamp the MOA and AOA and pay stamp duty and then attach the same with INC-7 or
Should we attach only signed MOA and AOA to INC-7 and then pay the stamp fees along the roc filing.
Can some one guide please?
Attach signed copies of MOA , AOA and pay stamp fees alonwd filing.
Pay stamp duty online at the time of filing inc-7. No need to take the moa and aoa in stamppaper. Even if that link doesnot appear at the time of filing inc-7 ,You can make the payment within 7 days.
