Hey I have a query related to companies incorporation work. Actually 10 years back a director of indian private company got married with a lady who had citizenship of china and they both were the director in that company after marriage a indian director went to china and chinese director living in india so i have query that they want to increase the authorise share capital of that company which was incorporated earlier . please let me know the entire proceedure and apart of that the female director has a daughter still her daughter is minor and she wants to open another company please suggest me the proceedure related to acquire DIN and DSC and documents which are required . i will be very grateful of you all
