hii, whats the meaning in form 1 declaration that form 18 and 32 to be filed simultaneously and also stamp duty and other fee to be paid simultaneously???
does it mean filing form one after the other????
and making payment one of form fees and then stamp fees???
i am confused with the word simultanously, does it mean one after the other?????
Form1- is for declaration along with you have to attach MOA and AOA firstly for this ragistration fee is based on th authorised capital of the company and stamp duty and later you can file form 18 and 32 along with required attachment one by one for which no stamp duty is required.
so 1. file F-1
2. Form 18 and then 32.
