After getting name approved. You are required to file e-Forms 1, 18 & 32.

For e-Form- 1 you are required to attach MOA & AOA of the proposed Company so u required to first get the MOA & AOA ready, then for e-Form - 32 you required to attach consent letters so get signed consent letters from directors of the Company.

After filling e-Form - 1, 18 & 32 you will get Certificate of Incorporation if e-Forms are complete in all respects.

File the E Forms 1, 18 and 32 with the concerned ROC along with the relevant documents i.e. MOA, AOA and consent letters. If the forms are complete in all respects and approved by the ROC, the company will get the certificate of Incorporation on the same day in its login ID.
