Company incorporation

We are in the process of incorporation of a Pvt. Ltd. Company. The name approval part is already completed. Now, before going to apply for incorporation of the Company, few of the proposed Directors mentioned in form 1A opted to discontinue themselves and some new persons are ready to be the first Directors. So, basically my query is that whether is there any problem involved when one or more first Directors mentioned in form 1A are not mentioned in Form 1 and some new persons are mentioned as first Director in Form 1.
