Company doesn't have a TAN number

Hi All:

I am new to this forum and want my tax query to be answered.

I have worked for a company Roor Technologies Pvt Ltd and it doesn't have provided a Form 16 for the salary they provided. They also don't have the TAN or PAN for the company.

Now how do I e-file the tax return where TAN number is mandatory for the company.

I have worked for 2 companies in a financial year. For one company I have all details and for another I dont have any details.

Is there any other option to show the income from the company which has no TAN / PAN details.

I have not submitted any self TAX for the second company (Roor Technologies) as it is negligible.

But I do need to show the income from Roor company.

How do I file a tax return in this case.

Please respond asap.

dear amit, first of all you don't have all the details which help you to efile your return moreover you don't have form 16 which provides by your employer

every company has their PAN & TAN

first pls collect all the details i.e form 16 from employers then you can efile otherwise you may create problem while filing ereturn of u

its good to not file you return if you dont have any statement or details of your salaries.
