This may sound a dumb question but a foreign company is incorporated under any company law of outside the india.
“company” means a company incorporated under this Act or under any previous company law;
any previous company law is of india??? Where is it written???

It is taking about Comapny Act 1956 and their previous company Act
Here this act means companies act 2013(means this company was incorporated under companies act 2013), nd any another previous law here means that law , which was before the companies act 2013, for e.g companies act 1956..
