Company clsoing
Indian subsidiary of foreign company. Incorporated 7 July 2016. No business upto now. No Capital in the company and no bank account. company is just incorporated with 2 foreign directors cum shareholders and one Indian director. Company want to close the company on permanent basis. Please discuss the procedure.
