Further, i just want to know,, whether all the sections of the old Companies act, 1956 be changing...
this is very important because if it is changing, then lot of confusions will happen...
Further, This new companies Act, as per ICAI's recent announcement, is that it will not in anyway be applicable for may 14 exam.. it means the act will not come before april'13.
similarly when will the amendments and the direct tax code will come for Income tax law...
The Act will become effective from April 2014.....by the end of this mnth it will be put for public comments which shall remain open for 45 days....
