A company which is Unoperated for 6 years because he went to other place to get trained on particular object (this training has taken place after creation of Company ) .Now he likes to operate the company is it required to file inome tax return for the last six years?

Every company shall furnish its return of income irrespective of having any income chargable under the IT Act, within the due date or within a period of one year from the end of the assessment year. Refer Sec 139
