There is no specific section in the Companies Act 2013 on "Lifting of Corporate veil" . lt is rather, name of a concept which is applied by the courts on companies in certain situations of intention to defraud, illegal acts etc. to hold the officers of the company who are actually responsible for the acts liable and to prosecute them.
