hi! i tried to check the name availability of companiesinn.com private limited, but the link is not

functioning in the portal www.llp.gov.in

unclaimed shares may be lying due to any one of the following reasons:a)       Shares sold but the transferee/buyer has not taken steps to get the shares registered in his name.b)       Death of the shareholderc)       Shareholder residing abroad d)       Legal disputes e)       Custodian of enemy property f)         Non intimation of Change of address to the company. Ultimately unclaimed shares will be protected by this amendment.
