Sir,
Please clarify regarding the transaction done between 12-9-13 to 8-7-14. Is it means that we need to separate transactions with the dates and as such all transactions done in the above period will be as per old definition of related parties.

Yes, it seems so because the Order has not been given retrospective effect.
