the transactions with which parties entered into by the Company, need to be entered in the registered maintained under section 301 of the Act ?
(with reference to reporting requirement under Clause 4(v)(a) of the CARO, 2003)

The following transactions shall be entered
- Purchase/sale of goods
- Service rendered / received
- Guarantees given on the loan taken by the entites etc.,
A COMPANY HAS TAKEN A LOAN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BOTH HAVE A COMMON DIRECTOR AND MEMBER, IS THIS TRANSECTION BE RECORDED IN REGISTER MAINTAINED U/S 301. AND WHAT IS THE TREATMENT OF THIS TRANSACTION IF LOAN OF Rs. 150000 TAKEN IN CASH IN OUR AUDIT REPORT. IS DISCLOSER OF THIS TRANSECTION IS REQUIRED?
