Can a Private Limited Company Give their Shares to Full time Employees as Employee Stock Option Plan as freely ?
If we cont give as free what is minimum amount to take if the Company Face Value 10/-.......

Yes, as per section 62(1)(b), Read with Rule 12 Share capital and Debentures Rules, a Private Company by passing ordanary resolution in General meeting shall offer shares to employees under the scheme of ESOP
