2. Student can have access to reading material on Companies Act, 2013 uploaded on ICSI Website under the Head ‘Academic corner’ at the link https://www.icsi.edu/AcademicCorner.aspx
3. Soft copies of the study material revised in the light of Companies Act, 2013 will be uploaded
on ICSI Website shortly.
4. Physical copy of the Study material(s) for the subjects revised in the light of Companies Act,
2013 under new syllabus is under print and would be made available to students by end of July 2014.
5. The Institute shall host on its website `Supplement’ covering the relevant updations in respective subjects in the light of Companies Act, 2013 for reference of the Students having old version of the study material (printed upto February 2013) shortly.
6. The students appearing under the old syllabus may refer to Soft copies of the study material revised in the light of Companies Act, 2013 for the corresponding subject(s) under the new syllabus (to be uploaded on ICSI Website shortly).
