Is Companies Act 2013 applicable for may 2014 ipcc exam?

No it is applicable from nov 2014 exam.
WHO TOLD . IS THERE ANY OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ICAI . I THINK IT WILL BE APPLICABLE
No official announcement from icai, but there's no notification regarding whether it is applicable for may or Nov 2014 exam
