Firstly, I am yet to apply online for the Service Tax number. But before that I am anxious to know my -
1. Commissionerate Code
2. Division Code
3. Range Code
My location - Ashok Vihar, Delhi. This place is in North Delhi and ajoining area's are Shalimar Bagh, Lawrence Road, Tri Nagar.
Type of Business - Online selling of Airtel DTH kits.
Please mention if I need to provide any further information for my query. Thanks.

I will expalin -
It is an online selling thing for PAN India. Airtel would be giving a web portal link to me & any customer ordering the kit via my web portal link would give me a sale.
Installation part is of Airtel.
In the starting I am required to give a security amount of 25k and purchase 50 virtual kits from Airtel (Virtual as in, they would not be shipped to me in physical).
Now the best part is, they know that I do not require any Service Tax number for this, but still as their paper work demand the same; they are asking me to have one.
Now, please guide me for the information asked in my 1st post. Thanks.

This is what the confusion is. I am confused between SE01 & SE02. They both mention Zakhira that is very near to my place "Ashok Vihar".

If I register online at https://www.aces.gov.in
- Will I get a provisonal Service Tax number immediately?
- And then I need to take the printout of the ST-1 form that I filled online to the address according to my circle that you gave me. Rite?

You will get your service tax registration number immediately...
then you have to take the printout and send it alongwith the relevenat documents to your service tax range/ group suprintendent or teh service tax dept as teh case may be....\
The number will not change.. the number will be as follows
YourPan number + SD001
Eg:- ABCDE1234PSD001
