Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether an Indian indenting agency needs to pay GST on commission received from a foreign party for services provided within India. The consensus is that GST is indeed leviable, and specifically, IGST should be paid. Registration under the GST Act may also be required.

Yes you may get registration under GST Act
Which tax to be paid? CGST, SGST or IGST
IGST is leviable
