commerial let out on Rent how chargible to GST when the rent the realised in personal a/c but the proprietor is regular regd dealer how to charge and not to chsrge GST
The dealer is in Kolkata and property at Delhi on a monthly rental of rs.550/- p.m. for commercial use. Please advise how to account. if GST is applicable then shere to account for.
