Co. declared as DORMANT by MCA 21 Site

With  the great honour of yourselves we are desirious to know the procedure for undermentioned situation.

Situation.  A pvt. co. formed 5 year ago and there is no any  submission made to the registrar of co. (through the site of MCA-21). NOW the com. shows as DORMANT in master data on MCA-21 Site.

Question. kindly tell me the procedure to file the annual returns etc. so that com. can be revived.
