I have filed GSTR-4 for 4th quarter 2018-19 on 9th Feb. 2021. Now from 1st quarter 2019-20, CMP-08 is applicable. Where will I have to deposit fee for late filing of GSTR-4 for 4th quarter 2018-19?

Whether you had filed CMP-08 for Quarter 1 of 2019-20 ? Most probably the late fee payable shall be auto populated to the next return (ie, Q1 of 2019-20 in form CMP-08) if the GSTR 4 is not filed within due date.

There is no late fee column, while I file CMP-08 of 1st quarter 2019-20, though GSTR-4 for 4th quarter 2018-19 has been filed late.

As per my knowledge, Late fees shall be auto populated and it is not filled by us, thus if you cannot see such amounts in the returns then it is better to file as it is by filling necessary information regarding the outward supply and RCM applicable and file the pending returns with interest at the earliest, so, that you could save other quarters late fees.
