Could any one help me in this regards. Is it worth studying and how about the employment opportunity in US and other countries.

ICAI (INDAI) and IMA (USA have mutual recognation, so no need to appear for examination. you can apply to ICAI(CMA) for membership of IMA with some fees, you will get membership.
wat abt CIMA ??? dear sir can we get membership for CIMA UK also ???
for CIMA you have to pass one entrance exam & final exam. Course fee will be around Rs.20,000/-.
