Can any one tell me how to file e forms under Company Law Settlement Scheme 2011. There is no separate option for uploading e forms under CLSS 2011. If we try to upload in the general option, it is not calculating the 25% of additional fee payable.
Whether we should wait till separate option for uploading e forms under CLSS 2011 is activated ?

u r filing Forms for annual filing or other back dated forms??
CLSS IS ONLY FOR ANNUAL FILING FORM 23AC& 23ACA, 20B & 66
yaa and schm is extened till 15/12/2011. You only can file annual filing forms rest of the forms will be charged as per the rule with the 100% additional not 25%
