With reference to our discussion over telephone phone, kindly provide the below documents after dissolution of HUF.

1.Letter from the claimant requesting for the transmission.

2.Deed of dissolution to be signed by the existing members and has to be  notarized or attested by Gazetted Officer of Central/State Government or Bank Manager with his full signature,name,employee code,bank seal and contact number.

3.Original Death Certificate or Copy duly notarized or attested by Gazetted Officer of Central/State Government or Bank Manager with his full signature,name,employee code,bank seal and contact number.
